Fennovoima’s Energy Evening comes to Raahe for the first time, on the 11th of May.
There non-fiction author Rauli Partanen will give his opinion on climate change and whether it can be stopped.
Partanen will reflect on the Energy Evening’s topic on the basis of his book Musta hevonen – ydinvoima ja ilmastonmuutos (in English Black horse – nuclear power and climate change).
Fennovoima’s Energy Evening will take place on Thursday, the 11th of May, at 5.30—7.00 p.m. The venue is Fregatti-hall in Kauppaporvari house in Raahe.
Energy Evenings continue the tradition of theme evenings arranged in Pyhäjoki, but with a wider scope: in addition to the Hanhikivi 1 project, the events cover different topics like the future of the energy sector and electricity, climate change, and carbon-neutral electricity production.
Registration to the Raahe Energy Evening ends on the 8th of May. You can register either here or by contacting Jaana Kangas, Regional Communications Officer.
